- Software or Service contracts like Installation, Setup, and Cabling, and alike cannot be returned or credited.

- You can return a merchandise hardware within 15 days after receiving it as long as the item is not noted or sold as final sale. Contact us within 15 days after receiving the merchandise at https://www.minunat.ca/#/ContactUs to let us know about the return. We will instruct you on the next steps.

- Products returned must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind. Double boxing for return is recommended. Please do not write or attach anything on the manufacturer's box.

- All products returned must contain all its original contents, including but not limited to: all manuals, accessories, cables, warranty cards, static bags, software, etc, same as when received by the customer.

- All equipment must be intact and unmodified and in like new condition. All open boxes will have a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

- For shipped product(s) with free shipping, shipping expenses incurred for initial delivery of product(s) will be deducted.

- Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance fees when returning products to Minunat.

- Only if due to Minunat error, we will handle the shipping, insurance, and restocking fees. - We will communicate to you through the email. Minunat will honour a full refund less any applicable charges or fees (i.e. restocking fee) to the credit card used to purchase the merchandise.

- Computers, Tablets and or devices with an operating system cannot be returned if the unit has been powered up, software has been activated and/or user configured. Special order and custom configured products are not accepted for return.

- Final Sales and Products discontinued by the manufacturer are not accepted for return.

- Consumables and Parts (including print-heads and batteries) if purchased from Minunat cannot be returned.
