TSP143III comes with either WLAN, Ethernet (LAN), Bluetooth, or USB interface connectivity. The model of the TSP143III is identified by it's connectivity interface. For instance, TSP143IIILAN model only supports Ethernet (Lan) interface, and TSPIIIBI only supports the Bluetooth interface. The models are then further broken down into different part numbers (SKU) based on their color. For instance, TSP143IIILAN in Gray has the part number 39464910 and in White has the part number 39472010.
TSP143III is the printer of choice for almost all well known Mobile POS and Delivery Apps, like Shopify, Square, Uber Eats, Skip The Dishes, and many more. It's even widely used by new Cannabis POS platforms like COVA and GreenLine. Even though all these software/applications support this printer (TSP143III), not all of them support all connectivity interfaces, hence not all models are supported by all. This is what I always caution all my customers about, and ask them to check their software/application requirements for the supported model. For instance, DoorDash and Skip The Dishes only support the Bluetooth interface (TSP143IIIBI model), but UBER EATs supports all interfaces and models, and Ritual supports only Ethernet (LAN) interface (TSP143IIILAN). This has nothing to do with the printer and the Tablet, iPad or any hardware. It's only dependent on how the software/application developers have chosen the interface to work with. This could be due to many reasons, like their supported code libraries, their application performance, and many other reasons.
