No, we are certified reseller and we work with well known brands like elo, Epson, Star Micronics, Citizen, and alike. We don not provide any used or refurbished hardware.

Our POS software is absolutely FREE with no monthly costs, unless you require special integration (i.e. with our Kiosk solutions, your website, or your app), or you want additional features like employee or inventory management.

Our software does not have any limits, and you can add and customize as many items as you like.

You can have as many registers and as many locations as you want. They all can be synced and supported with one account.

Yes it does. You can continue operating offline and the data can be synced with the connections is restored.

what are the differences between self checkout and self ordering kiosks?
The only difference is that Self Checkout Kiosks have built-in barcode scanner for customers to scan and pay for items.
can I make modification to my items?
Yes you can. We provide you with a tablet with a UI that connects directly to the Kiosks and you can make modifications to your menu items at any time.
Can I have schedules for specific menu items (i.e. lunch menu)?
Yes you can. You can make schedules for items (i.e. from 11 am to 2 pm for lunch menu).
does your kiosks solution provide any reports?
Abolutely. You can easily generate detailed daily, weekly and monthly Sales Reports. You can even get detailed Payout Reports.
what kind of support do you provide with your kiosk solutions?
We provide you with 24/7 online and phone customer support for our kiosk solution. We also offer on site support, hardware insurance, and live monitoring of health of your systems. We actually reach out to you as soon as something happens, before you calling us.
What do you mean by live monitoring?
All our Kiosk solutions are monitored live in our data centers. Anything going wrong with your software or hardware, our support staff will be alerted by our monitoring systems and they will take proper actions.
